Medical /Dental Office Assistant

The Medical Office Assistant Program prepares students for a dynamic and rewarding career as an essential member of the healthcare team. Students develop the administrative, communication, and organizational skills needed to support the daily operations of medical offices, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare settings.

Through a combination of classroom learning and practical training, students gain the knowledge required to manage patient records, schedule appointments, perform medical billing procedures, and provide professional front-line customer service in a healthcare environment.

The curriculum includes medical billing, coding, and the use of electronic health records, ensuring graduates are prepared for administrative roles in health & care.
