Indigenous Focusing Oriented Therapy

Indigenous focusing-oriented therapy teaches how to work with and sit beside complex trauma. Indigenous approaches to learning and healing are woven throughout, including experiential exercises, storytelling, ceremonial processes, and land-based healing techniques.
